Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe is seeking passionate Team Members to join our movement of kindness and inclusivity. A Team Leader will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest service during shifts.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to coach teammates, manage inventory, and maintain safe, clean environments. Flexibility for weekends and long shifts, plus a food handler certification, are expected.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, such as supplies and inventory.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, such as cash registers and computers.

Work Environment:
