A leading manufacturing company in Minnesota seeks a Team Lead to oversee production operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and relevant leadership experience in manufacturing. This position is the leader of all areas of production (Molding, Assembly, Secondary Operations and Warehouse) on a 12-hour shift, with 60% of the time minimum on the production floor. With each department reporting to and taking direction from Team Leader. This position will report to the Production Manager and taking direction from the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor.
Schedule: Day Shift 6am - 6pm - rotating 2/2/3
Pay: Starting at $27/hr.

Education: High School Diploma/GED. Preferred: 2-year post-secondary degree in technical discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years minimum manufacturing background, experience in Leadership, Assembly, Injection Molding, Quality Control, Material Handling, Warehouse, or other departments in Liquibox.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
