Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Team Lead to connect clients, the ADE team, and program leadership. You will coach, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure a consistent field experience across the market. Regular travel (25-50%) and Salesforce usage are key parts of the role.

You will collaborate with clients, BDMs, and internal partners to strengthen relationships and drive program success, while identifying performance gaps and applying solutions to improve results.

About the Role

As a Team Lead,you’ll serve as the connection between clients, your team, and programleadership. You’ll spend your time coaching team members, supportinghiring and onboarding efforts, and helping ensure aconsistent experience acrossyour market.

You’ll work closely with clients, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and internal partners to strengthen relationships and support local market initiatives across your territory. Through regular travel (25-50%) and the use of Salesforce, you’ll help drive accountability, maintain visibility into team performance, and ensure consistent execution in the field.
