Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee Bellevue is seeking a Team Lead to guide baristas and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on leadership training, with opportunities to advance toward district/region management as the company expands locations in the area.

Franchisee employment applies; the franchisee will set terms of employment. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $13 to $15 plus tips, with benefits varying by franchisee.

The Team Lead will receive hands on leadership training in the areas of hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, completing managerial administrative tasks, understanding and managing financial metrics, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. The Team Lead will be a vital aspect of maintaining a positive culture of loving our baristas and customers.
