Vision Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated Team Gymnastics Coach to help athletes reach their full potential. In this role, you will utilize prepared lesson plans and creative drills to guide athletes in skill development and competition preparation.

A successful candidate will maintain a safe environment, engage with gymnasts positively, and collaborate with Head Coaches to foster growth. This position requires a genuine love for gymnastics and working with children, as well as the ability to lift and manage equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Professionalism, teamwork, and compassion in coaching interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform essential coaching movements.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions and follow lesson plans.
• Motivate gymnasts through structured activities and positive reinforcement.
• Communicate with gymnasts and staff to enhance learning.
