Job summary

Schneider National is seeking team drivers for dry van operations hauling home improvement supplies. This role features 100% no‑touch freight with approximately 10 loads per week and routes across AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE and OK. You may take your dog or cat on the road under our Team Pet Policy.

Drivers earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with a guaranteed weekly minimum during the first 90 days and various bonus opportunities. A strong sign‑on package is also available.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• CDL A license.
• HazMat endorsement within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van trailers with home improvement supplies.
• No-touch and drop-and-hook where possible (100% no-touch, 98% drop-and-hook).
• Operate about 10 loads per week.
• Route within AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, NE, and OK.
