Job summary

Schneider National is seeking professional drivers for Team Dedicated routes across the Albuquerque/Santa Fe to Aurora corridor. You will operate reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight, handling 5 loads weekly and 2–4 stop-offs per load.

This role involves slow-speed maneuvers and complex backing, with the option to bring your pet on the road under our Team Pet Policy. We offer competitive mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, a $5,000 or $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Residence within 75 miles of Albuquerque, NM.
• Experience with team-dedicated hauling or long-haul is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer trailers delivering produce on a multi-stop route.
• Operate on regular schedules: 5 loads per week with 2–4 stop-offs per load.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs as part of daily tasks.
