Job summary

Transporting Logistics seeks CDL-A Team Truck Drivers to join a high-volume, regional operation. Expect 4,500 average weekly miles on 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with live unloads at retail locations and flexible home-time options.

Compensation includes weekly takeaway of $1,700+ and up to $2,000+ for top teams, with a CPM scale from $0.38 to $0.41 per mile and $15 per stop after the first. Modern tractors and a robust benefits package support drivers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Pass DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests).
• Excellent safety mindset, patience and cargo securement.
• No-touch refrigerated freight with live unloads at retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes across defined territories with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with on-time performance and efficiency.
• Adapt to early morning, night, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
