Most routes stay below I-40 with no-touch freight and strong year-round miles. Teams can expect $180,000–$190,000+ annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus each driver, a $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum, and home every 7–13 days with flexible reset options.
