Bulkley Trucking, a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in East Texas, is seeking teams to join our operation. Expect $180,000-$190,000+ annually, a $5,000 sign-on bonus per driver, and a $1,250 weekly guaranteed minimum, with home time every 7–13 days.
Most routes keep you below I-40 with no-touch freight, fresh equipment, weekly direct deposit, per diem, and driver incentives. We value respect, communication, and treating drivers like people, not numbers, and we’ll help you get on the road
