Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store teams on the floor, energize shifts, and drive an engaging guest experience. You’ll set the pace, reinforce service standards, and lead by example while maintaining a fast-paced retail environment focused on sports fans.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, are 18+, and can work 10–20 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays—plus a passion for sports and guest service. This is a part-time role at Rally House.

Job Description

The Team Captain helps guide the store team by setting the pace on the floor and keeping the team focused and energized. This role provides direction during shifts, supports consistent execution, and helps create an engaging experience for guests and teammates. The Team Captain influences others through example, clear communication, and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events

• Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders

Pay Range

$14.25 - $17.00
