Job summary

Penny Lane Centers in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Team Based Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy across clinic, school, and client homes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, connect families to services, and document care according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.

Requirements include a master's degree in a related field (MFT, MSW, LPCC), California registration, a valid driver's license, and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a related field (MFT, MSW, LPCC).
• Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written skillset).
• Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; vehicle available during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy in clinic, school and client’s home.
• Collaborate with the team to assess and link families to community services.
• Document all services according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility, time management and professional boundaries.
