Neat & Repeat Cleaning is hiring full-time cleaners to work in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, FL, paired with a partner on most jobs. You will earn starting at $17 per hour, with paid drive time and 100% of tips.

A $500 hiring bonus is paid in two installments, after 30 and 90 days, and most full-time employees work about 40 hours weekly with benefits. Paid training, ISSA certification, and ongoing coaching are included, plus room to grow into lead roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work in a two-person team on each job.
• Be paired with a partner for daily tasks and communication.
• Typically Monday–Friday schedule with around 40 hours per week.
• Attend paid training and coaching and grow into lead/trainer roles.
