Applicants will be selected from this pool on an as‑needed basis through the academic year. Appointments may be renewable based on need, funding, and performance. Applicants will not be acknowledged upon receipt. Applicants will only be contacted should an active opening occur during the academic year. Positions may be appointed during the 2026–2027 academic year: Fall 2026 (8/31/2026 – 1/13/2027) or Spring 2027 (1/14/2027 – 5/30/2027).

Teaching specialists and lecturers will be expected to teach undergraduate or graduate students in assigned course(s), hold office hours to assist and advise students, and participate in relevant departmental meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.A. degree from an accredited institution in Speech-Pathology and certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or Doctor of Audiology and certification in Audiology (CCC‑A), with at least two years of professional experience beyond the Clinical Fellowship Year in a hospital or school setting.

  • Must be capable of delivering high-quality instruction to a diverse student body.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College-level teaching experience and supervision of students in a clinical setting.
  • Previous experience providing educational experiences to health care providers.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge and experience providing clinical care to pediatric and adult patients.
