BASIS Cedar Park is seeking a Teaching Fellow to join our bright, passionate teaching team. This role provides hands‑on classroom experience and prepares individuals for a full‑time teaching role within BASIS Charter Schools.

The position involves supporting lead teachers, managing small groups, and contributing to a positive school culture while pursuing leadership opportunities within BASIS. Bachelor's degree and Texas eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Eligible for hire in Texas Public Schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group instruction to reinforce learning and support differentiated instruction.
• Step in as a substitute teacher as needed to ensure continuity in student learning.
• Assist lead teachers in classroom management, lesson implementation, and student engagement.
• Maintain a strong presence in all school life areas, contributing to a positive, achievement‑oriented culture.
• Support student well‑being by assisting with tasks that enhance their educational experience.
• Lead lessons and develop teaching techniques as opportunities arise.
• Contribute to internal talent bench for future teaching roles.
