Job summary

Mercer University is seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) for Biology to support professors and students in lab sessions. The TA will help with experiments, ensure safety guidelines are followed, assist students as needed, and perform general lab cleanup and equipment breakdown at session end.

The position is a student wage role, $11.00 per hour, scheduled for 6 hours per lab session, starting 08/18/2026 and ending 05/17/2027.

Qualifications

• Must have taken and completed the course you will be assigned to TA.
• Must be approved and recommended by a professor for a specific course.
• Must be courteous, dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities
