The Opportunity:
The Engineering and Technology Management (ETM) online master’s degree program at Washington State University invites applications for two specialized career (non-tenure) track full-time, 9-month, continuous teaching appointments at the Assistant and Associate levels in more than one area of leadership, project management, quality control, financial management, analytical methods, constraints management, strategic management, industrial leadership, systems management, and other specialty areas. These positions will be remote and teach through WSU’s Global Campus.
As a successful candidate, you will develop and teach graduate courses, advise students, and effectively communicate and interact with students, faculty, and staff. You will also play a key role in developing curriculum, participating in continuous teaching and program assessment improvement activities, and interfacing with industry and professional networks. Additionally, you will support student recruitment and retention activities and collaborate with others within the Department, College, University, and other organizations. This is a temporary non-tenure track position.
Temporary End Date: It is anticipated the successful candidate will begin their appointment no later than August 16, 2025. This position is eligible for an early academic start of August 1, 2025. The position will be considered for a 1-year fixed term appointment. This is a temporary position expected to end on May 15, 2026. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment
