Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Teacher to support children's learning and development across our classrooms. You will implement curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide engaging care.

This role emphasizes teamwork with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and quality goals; requires strong customer service, adaptability, and ongoing commitment to children's well-being.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
