Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team in Kansas City, MO. You will support the implementation of our curriculum and state Pre‑K guidelines, helping create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building strong relationships with families and local partners. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and positive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre‑K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures to allow contact with children and ensure safety.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
