Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking passionate teachers to implement our curriculum in a way that honors each child’s needs. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, and you’ll partner with parents to support their child’s care and education.

As a team member, you’ll help the center succeed through enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, while building positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
