Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher in Minnesota. You will implement curriculum tailored to each child, create a safe, engaging classroom, and partner with families to provide exceptional care and education.

Join a team that values community impact, enrollment goals, and collaboration with staff and authorities. Must meet state requirements and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid where needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $15.75 - $15.75 Hourly

In addition to the above pay rate, in the state of Minnesota we currently provide a $3.00 per hour premium on all classroom hours worked which is funded through the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Program.
