Job summary

Mayo, Florida seeks an Instructional Certified Elementary/ESE Teacher for Julington Creek Elementary School. This 60% FTE role covers 4.5 hours per day and includes benefits and the Annual Salary Supplement.

The salary range is $48,642 to $53,540 for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, with a tentative start date of 11/09/2026. Applicants must hold at least one of the following K-12 ESE certifications: Emotionally Handicapped, Excep Student Ed, Mentally Handicapped, Physical Impaired, Specific Learn

Qualifications

• Must possess at least one of the listed ESE certification areas (K-12).
• Prior elementary/ESE teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse exceptionalities and implement Individualized Education Plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional programs for elementary students with varying exceptionalities.
• Monitor and document student progress and communicate with families and staff.
