Positions Available: Lead Teacher (Full-time) & Preschool Teacher (Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Rainbow In A Cloud Child Development Center, Long Beach, CA

Rainbow In A Cloud Child Development Center is a small preschool center in Long Beach, CA. Our core values are Trust, Excellence, Communication, Teamwork, and Joy. We are seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher & Preschool Teacher for Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:

1. THE DESIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others
2. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a preschool center.
3. Experience with Quality Care is a plus!
4. A professional, positive attitude
5. Classroom duties include but aren't limited to:
1. Teaching children ages 2-5
2. Keeping a clean and safe environment
3. Maintaining a Quality Care compliant classroom
4. Keeping appropriate logs and ensuring compliance with Community Care Licensing
5. Working as a team and interacting with families and children in a professional manner
6. Able to stand for long periods, frequent walking, sitting on the floor, and playing with children ages 2-5
7. A loving demeanor with children!
8. Experience with the State of California Regulations, classroom experience, and CPR certification.
9. All candidates must pass a criminal background check.
10. Fluency and clear communication in English, both verbal and written.

Salary:

1. Lead Teacher: Minimum AA degree in early childhood education or higher & Teaching Permit - Salary $3,500.00 per month
2. Teacher: Minimum of 15 ECE Units or higher & Teaching Permit - Full-time Salary $3,000.00 per month & Part-time Salary $18.75 per hour
