Job summary

NGU Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a cheerful caregiver to support early childhood education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will aid with daily care, meals, naps, and supervision, while helping implement age-appropriate curriculum.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends, plus a robust benefits package designed to support staff development and well-being.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Degree or certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.
• Must currently be local.

Responsibilities

• Care for children including toileting, meals/snacks, rest time, and close supervision.
• Implement curriculum and supervise classroom activities.
• Engage children with songs, stories and imaginative play.
