Loudoun County Public Schools seeks a Transition Teacher of Special Education to provide transition services for eligible high school students in accordance with Federal and State regulations and School Board policies.
The role involves collaborating with leadership, establishing worksite partnerships, delivering transition-focused instruction, attending IEP meetings, and tracking student progress toward postsecondary goals to help students prepare for employment and further education.
The Transition Teacher of Special Education is responsible for providing appropriate special education services specific to transition for eligible high school students in accordance with Federal and State regulations and School Board policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree required
Demonstrated successful teaching experience
Holds or is eligible for a Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Special Education
