Monticello School District / Sherburne Northern Wright Special Education Cooperative seeks a licensed Special Education Teacher for the 2026-27 school year, supporting students with ABS, EBD, ASD or DCD in Pathways Level IV programs. Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. Monticello consistently ranks in the top 50 school districts in the state as measured by a number of organizations and metrics, and performs above the state average in graduation rates, test scores, and early college opportunities.
This position is working with students with individual needs that meet criteria for special education in Federal Level Setting IV. This includes small group instruction, work completion assistance, and social emotional regulation. The special education teacher will collaborate with other service providers during the day to meet student needs.
Salary Range: $45,921 - $93,884 for 1 FTE - based on the current Faculty Master Faculty Agreement 2025-2027
