What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Leading kids through age‑appropriate activities that make learning feel like play
• Implementing curriculum that helps little minds grow big ideas
• Handling the real stuff — feeding, diapering, and keeping things clean and safe
• Using positive behavior strategies to help kids thrive
• Keeping parents in the loop with warm, clear communication
