Job summary

Kids Unlimited Learning Academy in Arkansas is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

You will help develop cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills through structured activities and individualized support, while maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• At least one year of successful classroom experience with children, especially those with developmental delays or disabilities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and routines.
• Create positive and engaging experiences for children.

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking enthusiastic Teacher Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and disabilities.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers and a team of caring professionals to create engaging learning experiences, encourage developmental growth, and celebrate each child's progress. You will help children strengthen their cognitive, social-emotional, communication, and motor skills through structured activities, play, and individualized support.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.

Experience

• At least one year of successful classroom experience working with children, particularly children with developmental delays or disabilities, is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Skills and Abilities

• A genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Ability to work with children from birth through age 18, including children and families who may be at risk.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet-based programs.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use sound judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Basic written communication and math skills.

Salary: $13.25 - $17.81 per hour
