Qualifications

• Texas state teaching certification required in the subject to be taught.

• Bachelor's degree with an academic minor or major (minimum of 18 credit hours) in the core academic subject areas to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree and documented successful, relevant work experience in the content area to be taught, established by at least one year of employment in a specific field or occupation that required the educator to demonstrate knowledge or skill in the content area. This is to be supported by a professional letter of recommendation from the educator's employer or supervisor

• Evaluate student progress and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Engage in collaboration with colleagues at the local and district levels for the benefit of students and learning.
• Administer tests, monitor student performance, and provide intervention/enrichment.
• Tutor students individually or in groups.
• Perform assigned duties and special projects.
• Practice professionalism through ongoing development and reflection.

In this dual role, teachers deliver personalized instruction, utilize technology, and foster strong relationships with both Premier High School and Texas Works students to support their academic success and the attainment of their educational goals.

We seek educators with experience working with high school students or adult learners. Educator Qualifications. Must meet ONE of the following
