Eligibility and Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university that qualifies for Florida Educator Certification. If you do not hold a Bachelor’s degree, you may qualify under one of the following pathways: district certification in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) subject area, Military Veterans Certification Pathway, Temporary Teacher Internship Certification Pathway, or ROTC position.
Conditions of Employment: Pre‑employment drug testing and LevelII background checks are mandatory for all prospective MCPS employees. Applicants must provide contact information for the four most recent positions of employment and answer questions regarding citizenship, age, and Florida Educator Certification status.
