Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking an experienced CorePower Yoga Instructor to deliver extraordinary classes and support students in a safe studio environment. In this role, you will teach CorePower Yoga classes, connect with students, and uphold our Core Values.

Qualifications

Job description

Role Summary

CorePower Yoga Instructor delivers an extraordinary experience by teaching CPY‑aligned classes, welcoming students, facilitating front‑desk operations, and supporting student growth in a safe studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least two CorePower Yoga classes per week, totaling a minimum of four hours in studio.
• Arrive 30 minutes before and stay 30 minutes after each class to review studio communications, plan lesson content, and connect with the community.
• Guide students through alignment, offer modifications, and consistently apply CPY cueing formulas.
• Welcome students, check them in, process front‑desk transactions, and maintain a memorable experience.
• Perform health‑protocol cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment.
• Uphold CPY Core Values and foster positive relationships within the studio.
• Act as an ambassador for CPY initiatives, including All Access Membership, programming, retail, and other business streams.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a 200‑hour yoga teacher training (required if completed before June2020) or equivalent 200‑hour format‑specific training plus required continuing education.
• Certificate from a format‑related 200‑hour training in person or online, or CorePower Yoga Online teacher training, or completion of 50 hours Yoga Sculpt Intensive.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours at a time.
• Ability to withstand a maximum heat of 104 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 60 minutes.
• Physical ability to move around studio space, crouch, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

$15.63 per hour.
