Job summary

Franklin Academy is seeking a Classroom Teacher to lead a diverse classroom, delivering engaging instruction aligned with state and school standards, and creating a safe, inclusive environment where students are excited to learn and empowered to reach their full potential.

You will use data to inform instruction, collaborate with families and staff, incorporate technology, and participate in professional development as part of a full-time, 10-month schedule, with a compensation package

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
• Possession of, or eligibility for, valid teaching certification.
• Teaching experience, which may include student teaching or other relevant experience.
• Strong command of the subject(s) you teach and the ability to deliver content in an engaging, impactful manner.
• Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.

Full‑time Classroom Teacher Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

• Base Salary


• Sign‑On Bonus


• Retention Stipend


• Enrollment Incentive Stipend


• Employer 401K Match (2.5% of Base Salary)

Total Possible Compensation Package: $57,187.50
