Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Teacher at our child care center to nurture and guide young learners while following licensing and center standards to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You will engage families with clear communication and implement our proprietary curriculum, contributing to the growth of curious, confident children through hands-on activities indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and center standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics to support teaching.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
