Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Teacher who will care for children in our center, following licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure safe daily care. You will observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate with families about development, and create fun, interactive learning experiences using our curriculum to help children learn and thrive in a supportive environment.

This role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to engage indoors or outdoors with children in a nurturing

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state requirements for education and center policies.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.
• Commitment to child development and family communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences for the children using the center's curriculum.
