Job summary

heartlandbehavior in Kansas City, USA is seeking compassionate individuals to join our in-home ABA team, offering afternoon or evening shifts for part-time roles. No prior ABA experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and start dates that fit school or student schedules.

This position focuses on helping children with Autism develop functional skills in familiar environments. You’ll deliver one-on-one interventions, collect and record session data, and work closely with

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
  • Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:



  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations.


  • All positions start off part‑time.


  • Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.


  • Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6‑month commitment to change our clients lives.



Great Fit If You Have Experience In:
