Tavares High School

Provides specially designed instruction to students with the most significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, primarily students with an EBD, in a separate class, resource room or general education setting.

This posting is for Behavior Support and ESE Dual Enrollment. A master's degree is preferred. Tavares High School is located just a few blocks away from picturesque downtown Tavares, also known as \"America's Seaplane City\.\" Tavares has a popular seaplane base on Lake Dora just a short walk from the high school. Roughly 80 teachers and 1,500 students attend school in the classic Florida style building. Mission statement: The mission of Tavares High School is to prepare students to become confident, self-directed, lifelong learners who will make positive contributions to society.
