KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking energetic teachers to join our team. You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment and engagement, while maintaining compliance with licensing and program standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing professional growth in a supportive setting.

Formación

• Must have CDA credential or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

When you join our team as a Teacher you will:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
