KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space and partner with parents to deliver outstanding care and education.

This role supports center goals, engages with licensing authorities and partners, and requires strong English communication and a CDA or NAEYC-aligned qualifications. Physical activity and safety are essential elements of daily work.

Formación

• Excellent customer service, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
