Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom, delivering KinderCare's curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education, while supporting enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

The role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and a bachelor’s in ECE; CPR/First Aid is preferred, with the ability to lift 40 pounds.

  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multitask
  • Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • Approved state trainer (preferred)
  • 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents

When you join our team as a Teacher you will:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • Approved state trainer (preferred)
  • 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
