Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team in creating high-quality early education experiences. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs, and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment for children.

You will partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building strong relationships with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain

Range of pay $15.95 - $21.55 Hourly
