Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a center leader to lead, coach and mentor teachers, implement curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families.

This role focuses on enrollment, accreditation and engagement; works with administrators; build relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English reading, writing, understand and speak to communicate with children and their parents.

When you join Champions, you’ll be supporting hardworking families and elementary‑aged kids during out‑of‑school time on school grounds. You’ll partner with administrators to bring our programs to their district, and buddy up with students to aim higher, think bigger, and never give up.

Requirements

• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2‑3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
