Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring dedicated teachers to support Champions and KinderCare centers across the region. You will lead and mentor staff, implement curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children.

Strong communication with families and adherence to licensing standards are essential. This role requires CDA or eligibility, state trainer preferred, 2–3 years ECE experience, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Pay ranges from $17.15 to $23.20 hourly.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or eligibility under NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Required Skills and Experience

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $17.15 - $23.20 hourly.
