Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. You will partner with parents to ensure the best care and education while supporting center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Benefits include discounted child care and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand and speak English with children and parents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtainPhysically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $15.95 - $21.55 Hourly
