Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement our curriculum to support every child’s development.

You will create a safe, engaging learning environment, partner with families, and work with center leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation goals. A CDA or higher and early childhood experience are preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
