KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring supportive early childhood educators at our Sacramento-area centers. You’ll lead classrooms, mentor teammates, and deliver the curriculum in a warm, safe environment that encourages growth.

We seek candidates with a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred, and a commitment to excellent customer service for families. Pay ranges from $16.90 to $22.85 hourly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or NA EYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable of lifting 40 pounds; indoor/outdoor work.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Required Skills and Experience

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Range of pay $16.90 - $22.85 Hourly
