Job summary

Primrose School of Lake Elmo is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher for the Afternoon Preschool/Pre-K shift (Monday-Friday 2:00 pm-6:00 pm). This position has the potential to grow into full time if interested.

You'll build nurturing relationships with children, deliver our Balanced Learning curriculum, and work with an on-site leadership team to support your growth. No nights or weekends—join us for a rewarding learning journey.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings.
• Training and ongoing staff development will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
