Job summary

Creative Kids Learning Center in Connecticut is seeking reliable, warm, and caring teacher assistants for both full-time and part-time positions, Monday through Friday. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and loving environment while following our curriculum and supporting children across age groups.

The role involves engaging with children, communicating with families, collaborating with staff, and creating a fun, educational weekly plan.

Qualifications

• Some childcare knowledge is preferred but we are willing to train.
• CPR and First aid certification beneficial but not required.
• Ability to communicate with parents and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Communicate with parents about daily adventures and milestones.
• Build strong relationships with families and staff to foster a loving workspace.
• Create a weekly fun and educational curriculum for activities.
