Massachusetts Nonprofit Network is seeking a Teacher Assistant for infant and toddler care in Northampton. The role supports meaningful relationships and helps candidates earn their CDA through on-site training.

Qualified applicants will have EEC Teacher Certification preferred and a High School diploma or GED. This is a full-time, year-round position with a comprehensive benefits package and background checks required.

Contract and Salary

Full time (37.5 hours a week); full year.

Salary Range: $18.42-$19.55/hour + bilingual differential, if applicable.

Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint-based national CORI, NCOR, and out of state checks if applicable, and driving record check.
