Job summary

Clubhouse Academy Childcare is seeking a Teacher Assistant float to support the Lead Teacher and Director in a dynamic early childhood setting. The role involves assisting with classroom activities across age groups from six weeks to six years, implementing social/emotional training and basic sign language, and maintaining supplies and a clean, organized environment.

The position requires the ability to work early mornings or evenings, reliability, and maintaining a positive, gossip-free work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Colorado Shines account with 22 hours of training completed, or able to complete within 48 hours.
• Letter showing 950+ hours of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher and Director in a group of children aged 6 weeks through 6 years.
• Support social/emotional training and language skills, including basic ASL.
• Ensure supplies, cleaning, dishes, laundry and prep duties are completed to support teaching.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Colorado Shines training completed / able to complete within 48 hours

950+ hours of experience with children
