Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to support teachers and the Director in creating a caring, safe environment for children and to assist in activities that enhance education and development. You will help implement developmentally appropriate activities under supervision and maintain routines in a supportive classroom setting.

Role requires strong communication with parents, teamwork with staff, and adherence to center policies and state regulations, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional childcare experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Understanding of child development and developmental activities.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing curricula activities and encourage participation by children.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of classroom materials.
• Communicate regularly withparents and staff about progress and activities.
• Model good hygiene and self-help skills for children.
• Support smooth transitions from home to center each day.
• Follow all center policies and state regulations.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to improve quality of care.
